Welcome to my White Wednesday

I know you were probably expecting some wonderful Vintage Shabby vignettes ~ but really, I couldn't resist. Say hello to my little friend; Chesca (named after our favorite restaurant on Marthas Vineyard). She is a 5 year old purebred White German Shepherd. We got her from the German Shepherd rescue about 4 years ago. She was found wandering the streets of Virginia, the rescue took her in, put her adorable face on the web and the rest is history. They drove her all the way to CT so we could check each other out. She never left. Just look at that face - who could refuse that nose. She is the best watch dog ever and waaayy too smart for her own good.

A great big Thank You to Kathleen over at Faded Charm for hosting White Wednesdays.

  3. You got me at the first picture! Just love it when you gals post about your furbabies. I love my doggies. And my Gideon I think would just love to live up in that cold section of the states. He is part pyrenees...and loves the snow, if and when we get it here in Charlotte NC. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful dog and ooo-rah for rescuing this beautiful girl. You did an awesome good thing.
All of ours are rescues. They are the best.
Have a great Wednesday. Enjoyed the pics.

  9. Beautiful dog, I am a dog/animal lover. While you are donating to Haiti, Best Friends Animal Rescue is looking for donations, they are sending groups over to take care of the many many dogs and cattle that are in Haiti. Bringing them supplies, food, water and medical care. I am donating to them today. If you don't have the link, let me know and I can send it to you. I'll be posting in on my blog later today
    Blessings~Cheryl
