I have always loved collecting vintage bottles or vintage glass vessels of any sort really. Lately I have been picking up some doozies at the local flea market. These authentic apothecary bottles are made by the TC Wheaton Company (circa 1800's) and are the cream of the crop as far as apothecary bottles go. I just lov e these , and they make for some wonderful vintage vignettes. These are some of my favorites ~ most of them have sold the minute they hit the shop ~ but at least I still have the photos. Occupational hazard.....

Thanks for becoming a new follower of my humble Blog and leaving a comment. Imagine my surprise when I stop in to leave a response and find that we both have done a Post today of the EXACT SAME THING... Vintage Bottles!!! Ahhhh, two great minds think alike they say, right? *wink* LOVE your vintage Bottle collection... the distinction of old glass has always appealed to me so The Man always brings Home lovely old Bottles from his treks in the Desert that have waited all these years for discovery and appreciation. I rarely can pass up a fab old Bottle for sale either and my newest passion are those Artistic Bottle Stoppers that so many Artists are creating... I MUST learn to do that to jazz up my collection.
