Why do I never take before photos? I was in no way ready to cart home these chairs from the Flea a few weeks ago. I didn't take my truck, had no place to store them, and they were not at all attractive in the state they were in. But the little voice kept whispering ..."go ahead, they have great bones". I told the sweet vendor that I really couldn't, "Not enough cash on me - husband will pitch a fit - no room at the inn" - all the usual excuses. But there I was 20 minutes later chug chug chuggin down Rt. 10 with, not one but two big ol' ugly PINK and BLACK satin striped chairs hanging out my window.
But look at these babies now!!! Aren't they great? I just love them. So much so, that I don't think I can sell them. Even the hubby likes them (thank God).
And the moral of the story is ~ Always listen to your little voice (it usually knows best:).

Also - Please don't laugh, but I finally figured out how to set up a Facebook page for French Bleu Vintage. I think I did it right. Truth be known, I needed a lot of help from a Facebook guru pal of mine (Thanks Meredith). Check it out if you get the chance - I could really use the feedback.
